Executive intelligence tools

The Regulatory Exposure Diagnostic and Country Market Intelligence tools may process contact details together with selected diagnostic or market inputs. The Compensation Plan Evaluation may process contact details, company and market context, review priorities, and the compensation-plan file or text you choose to submit so Xpand Global can prepare a requested executive evaluation.

Do not upload attorney-client privileged, trade-secret, export-controlled, regulated personal data, or other highly sensitive material. The compensation review intake is intended for business-level plan evaluation, not confidential legal-document storage. Submitted materials are reviewed by Xpand Global personnel and may be supported by internal analytical or AI-assisted tools when appropriate; no live AI report is generated automatically in the visitor's browser.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide the requested tool output, respond to inquiries, coordinate strategy calls, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot service delivery, and improve Xpand Global services and user experience.

Service providers and processing

Xpand Global may use third-party service providers for website hosting, automation, communications, scheduling, analytics, and AI processing where applicable. Information necessary to perform those functions may be transmitted to those providers. Xpand does not describe information as “never shared” when a requested service requires external processing.

For Compensation Plan Evaluations, the website creates a temporary secure review package on the Xpand hosting environment. The automation workflow receives the submitted business/contact fields and a time-limited secure download link rather than the uploaded compensation-plan file itself. Xpand personnel may later use internal analytical or AI-assisted tools when appropriate to help prepare the requested evaluation.

Retention and security

Xpand Global uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a business advisory website. Compensation-plan review packages made available through the secure download link are configured to expire after approximately seven days; other business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain records, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, and protect the website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to use the intelligence tools or not to submit optional information. If you want to discuss, correct, or request deletion of information you previously submitted, contact Xpand Global through the site's contact or strategy-call channels so the request can be evaluated under applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.
